There are two PSECU machines situated on campus and over 30,000 other FREE ATMs to use as a known member, along with up to $20.00 per month in ATM rebates. For just about any security concerns or questions about your account with PSECU, call a Loss Prevention & Security representative at 800.237.7328, extension 3111. They can be found Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET). An additional security measure for online access. PSECU staff cannot provide your password for you. You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot User Password or ID? link under the Member Login area or within online banking under My Profile. They'll contract with a card security company that monitors our cardholders' use and flags transactions that may be considered fraudulent. The corporation may contact you when it detects a possible fraudulent transaction on your own PSECU card.

Account number for your PSECU checking account: As printed at the bottom of your PSECU checks. Leading zeroes are required because this number has 10 digits. Your PSECU Member Number for Debits from Your Savings: This is a 10-digit number that must contain any leading zeroes. To make an ATM withdrawal: Enter your account number on the ATM keypad when prompted. You'll also need to enter your PIN for security purposes. To conduct a balance inquiry: Most ATMs will enable you to execute a balance inquiry without making a withdrawal. Simply select the choice on the keypad and enter your account number when prompted.
How do I use PSECU bill payer?
To commence using our free bill payer service, select Put in a Bill in online banking or select Bills from the quick menu in the bottom of the dashboard in mobile and enter the Payee's merchant name, account number with the merchant, and zip code.
